Fresh cooking and home-made dishes - this is what we do; the wine on the menu is selected, because the taste fits to the grape and most of the cocktails on our menu are created by ourselves. We use a lot of regional products and work carefully with our food products - the boss does the purchasing by himself and we know where our products are coming from. Our orientation is the actual season and the needs of our guests.....
